Entretanto, a populariza\u00e7\u00e3o dos <strong>smartphones<\/strong> criou um novo <strong>entrave<\/strong> quando se trata da conex\u00e3o brasileira. Se a <strong>banda larga fixa<\/strong> j\u00e1 n\u00e3o era satisfat\u00f3ria, a <strong>3G<\/strong> deixou ainda mais a desejar; em janeiro deste ano o <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/simet.nic.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Simet<\/a><\/strong> (Sistema de Medi\u00e7\u00e3o de Tr\u00e1fego Internet), controlado pelo <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/ceptro.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ceptro<\/a><\/strong> (\u00f3rg\u00e3o que objetiva estudar a internet no Brasil), mostrou que a m\u00e9dia da velocidade de <strong>download<\/strong> da internet m\u00f3vel do Pa\u00eds n\u00e3o chegava ao <strong>1 Mbps<\/strong> prometido pelas operadoras.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Diante desse <strong>cen\u00e1rio<\/strong>, foi esperado o resultado de um estudo realizado pela desenvolvedora de softwares <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.netbiscuits.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Netbiscuits<\/a><\/strong>, que revelou que o <strong>brasileiro<\/strong> \u00e9 o povo mais <strong>insatisfeito<\/strong> com servi\u00e7os para celular no mundo. O <strong>descontentamento<\/strong> foi percebido em todas as categorias analisadas, divididas por segmentos: <strong>celulares<\/strong>, <strong>smartphones<\/strong> e <strong>tablets<\/strong>. Um <strong>infogr\u00e1fico<\/strong> foi criado para demonstrar todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es coletadas e a tradu\u00e7\u00e3o utilizada neste post foi feita pela equipe da <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redemagic.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Magic Web Design<\/a><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Dados do mundo todo foram colhidos no <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.netbiscuits.com\/reports\/reports-and-papers\/the-peoples-web-infographic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The People&#8217;s Web Report<\/a><\/strong>, que objetivou mostrar para <strong>empres\u00e1rios<\/strong> o quanto consumidores t\u00eam investido na vida m\u00f3vel e o quanto t\u00eam exigido de <strong>aparelhos<\/strong> <strong>e servi\u00e7os<\/strong> que proporcionem uma melhor experi\u00eancia tanto de acesso quanto de <strong>navega\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>. E o cen\u00e1rio n\u00e3o \u00e9 simples para aqueles que n\u00e3o querem investir em <strong>sites mobile<\/strong>: <strong>76%<\/strong> dos consumidores afirmaram que deixariam de acessar determinado site se ele apresentasse <strong>dificuldades de navega\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>; destes, <strong>32%<\/strong> n\u00e3o retornariam o acesso e chegariam a buscar um <strong>concorrente<\/strong> para alcan\u00e7ar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es que precisam ou n\u00e3o se importariam em us\u00e1-lo mesmo que fosse ruim.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, <strong>uma entre quatro<\/strong> pessoas consultadas passa um ter\u00e7o do tempo em que fica acordada conectada \u00e0<strong> internet m\u00f3vel<\/strong>; 35% dos brasileiros usa a <strong>3G<\/strong> por mais de <strong>seis horas<\/strong> ao dia. Mas, mesmo assim, no Brasil est\u00e3o os internautas mais <strong>insatisfeitos<\/strong> com a qualidade da navega\u00e7\u00e3o. Para eles, <strong>funcionalidades<\/strong> para smartphones que fizessem que a experi\u00eancia de navega\u00e7\u00e3o ficasse mais parecida com a de um <strong>PC<\/strong> seria o ponto alto para que a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o com a internet m\u00f3vel aumentasse. Para <strong>47%<\/strong> dos entrevistados no Brasil, a <strong>velocidade<\/strong> \u00e9 o fator que mais conta durante o uso da 3G, sendo os mais <strong>exigentes<\/strong> nesse ponto, na frente dos chineses (42%) e dos norte-americanos (40%).<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>qualidade<\/strong> dos aparelhos, por outro lado, tamb\u00e9m pode ser culpada por alguns dos <strong>problemas<\/strong> que aborrecem os brasileiros. Muitas empresas <strong>barateiam<\/strong> a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de celulares com um <strong>desempenho<\/strong> abaixo do esperado para que n\u00e3o cheguem ao consumidor final com <strong>pre\u00e7os exorbitantes<\/strong>.
