Com base nas respostas, os pesquisadores mediram o <strong>\u201cawareness\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 o quanto determinada marca \u00e9 lembrada.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><strong>As marcas mais lembradas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As marcas mais lembradas deste ano no Top of Mind, constitu\u00eddo por 40 categorias (maionese, refrigerante e banco, por exemplo) e 5 categorias especiais (<strong>top of top, top performance, top meio ambiente, top feminino e top masculino<\/strong>), foram <strong>Coca-Cola <\/strong>e <strong>OMO. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As duas empresas, segundo o instituto Data Folha, s\u00e3o <strong>marcas Top of Mind <\/strong>desde o in\u00edcio do levantamento. Mas hoje, diferentemente da d\u00e9cada de 90, quando a Coca-cola era famosa pelo seu <strong>comercial<\/strong> natalino com um urso, a atua\u00e7\u00e3o das empresas n\u00e3o se restringe apenas ao <strong>off-line<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por que ser lembrado virtualmente?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ser lembrado virtualmente faz parte das <strong>estrat\u00e9gias das empresas<\/strong>. As redes sociais, como Twitter, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.redemagic.com\/blog\/emprego-atraves-do-facebook\/\"><strong>Facebook<\/strong><\/a> e <strong>Linkedin<\/strong>, j\u00e1 s\u00e3o vistas pelos empres\u00e1rios como parte das estrat\u00e9gias de <strong>neg\u00f3cios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo uma pesquisa da <strong>Harvard Business Review<\/strong>, 69% das <strong>2.100<\/strong> companhias entrevistadas reconhecem o uso das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.redemagic.com\/blog\/internautas-gastam-25-do-seu-tempo-em-blogs-e-redes-sociais\/\"><strong>redes sociais<\/strong><\/a> como essencial para <strong>business<\/strong>; 46% acham que elas s\u00e3o importantes para o in\u00edcio de uma campanha de <strong>marketing<\/strong>; e 42% disseram que <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/MagicWebDesign\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Twitter<\/strong><\/a>, Facebook e outras redes s\u00e3o o <strong>futuro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>O <strong>resultado<\/strong> dessa pesquisa n\u00e3o poderia ser diferente, j\u00e1 que o n\u00famero de usu\u00e1rios do Facebook, por exemplo, chega a <strong>400 milh\u00f5es<\/strong> \u2013 s\u00f3 em territ\u00f3rio nacional h\u00e1 <strong>40 milh\u00f5es<\/strong>. De acordo com pesquisa do Comit\u00ea Gestor da Internet no Brasil (CGI.br), at\u00e9 2014 <strong>100% dos internautas<\/strong> brasileiros ter\u00e3o perfil em alguma<strong> rede social.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Como a empresa pode ser lembrada?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Coca-cola tem presen\u00e7a constante nas redes sociais. Na <strong>fanpage<\/strong> da marca, que tem <strong>35.188.694 f\u00e3s<\/strong>, sempre h\u00e1 uma campanha que incentiva a <strong>participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos usu\u00e1rios<\/strong>.\u00a0 Uma delas \u00e9 o \u201c<strong>Happiness Truck<\/strong>\u201d.
